Match filters by reference, not appearance
Two filters can look alike while differing in media, bypass characteristics, seals or dimensions. JCB states that its filters are designed for the operating requirements of engine, fuel, transmission and hydraulic systems.
- Machine model and variant
- Machine serial number or PIN
- Part number printed on each old filter
- Required service interval or kit description
- Photos of every filter in the set
Filter categories we can check
Requests may include engine oil filters, primary and secondary fuel filters, air filters, hydraulic filters, transmission filters and scheduled service kits. Not every machine uses the same combination. Follow the service schedule for the exact machine.
Part-number examples
Part numbers are valuable long-tail search and identification references. For example, JCB Parts India lists 400/N7762 as a 1000-hour filter kit for specified 3DX applications and 333/Y7423 as a service filter kit reference. Always recheck the serial or PIN before treating an example as a fitment confirmation.
