Information needed for a pump quotation
A hydraulic pump must be matched to the machine configuration, not only to a familiar model name. Production changes, drive arrangements and hydraulic specifications can affect the correct reference.

- Machine serial number or PIN
- Pump manufacturer and number from the identification plate
- Clear photos of the complete pump, shaft and port layout
- The operating symptom, if the old pump is still installed
Do not replace a pump from one symptom alone
Slow movement, weak lifting, unusual noise or hot oil can point to a hydraulic problem, but they do not prove that the pump is the failed component. Oil level, filters, suction restrictions, hoses, control valves and internal leakage should also be checked by a qualified technician.
